Occasionally, a MyPLAYER save file may appear as Unknown, Prospect or No description found when loading up the MyCAREER files list. This usually happens when a file is restored from the Cloud or after a server hiccup, causing an interrupt of information. Don't worry, it's normal to have no description available as the file is still syncing with our servers.
Just select the affected file and play a game or two in The City. That will trigger a save on your console and refresh the description in your MyCAREER files list. It may take a bit of time for the file to fully update, but you don't need to play the whole time.
If you can't load into your MyPLAYER, the file may have become corrupted. Please submit a support ticket for further assistance.
