The Image Uploader is your tool to share custom created content and utilize in MyTEAM, MyNBA and Crews for NBA 2K. If you're having any trouble accessing the tool or uploading your custom content, we have a few troubleshooting basics to check out below.
Image Uploader Basics
- Upon first launch of NBA 2K, you'll need to accept the Terms of Service and ensure that you have internet connectivity to your device.
- This can be done with a system internet test or by ensuring you have access to multiplayer and/or community creations download.
- Once you've accepted the terms, head to nba2k.com in your browser or scan the QR code provided on screen with your mobile device to get to the site. Then, click on the button for the game's image uploader.
- Follow the prompts to connect the platform/account you're playing NBA 2K on. Do note there may be some limitations based on your platform:
- For PlayStation and XBOX the images will be shared between platforms.
- For Steam and Switch 2 you can only share with your own platform.
- After successfully logging in, select the image type you would like to upload from the left and then select a corresponding image from your device.
- If you are having issues with your uploaded content not showing, try uploading your image through another browser.
- Trying the incognito mode may help to resolve this as well.
Please ensure that images are JPG or PNG files, and are less than 1MB.
Child and Teen Accounts
- A Child Account will need your Parent to set your permissions to allow access to user generated content in NBA 2K27.
- A Teen Account will default to having the ability to share images turned off, but those permissions can be changed directly in your settings.
Image Review
